ANIMAL JUSTICE ACADEMY LUNCHTIME LIVE:
Bringing Animal Advocacy Into Schools with Mike Farley

If we want compassion and protection for animals to become the norm in the world, we need to be reaching the newest generation of citizens before they get indoctrinated into society's indifference towards animal suffering.

Recognizing that teachers are uniquely positioned to do this, high school teacher and AJAer Mike Farley launched the Educators for Animals Conference in 2021. The inaugural conference drew 600 educators from 6 continents, and the 2022 event will be happening virtually from Aug. 17-18.

In this AJA Lunchtime Live, Mike will talk about how educators are incorporating animal advocacy into classes and school communities -- from getting dissection out of schools, to injecting animal issues into the curriculum, to transitioning food services to plant-based.

Whether you have kids of your own and want to know how to make a difference at their school or you recognize the importance of supporting this societal-changing kind of animal advocacy, please join us for this conversation and Q&A.

*We invite folks to have their video on during this event to enhance the sense of community, but it’s not mandatory
